Pets
Dogs are welcome at Hotel Andreas for a charge of EUR 9 per dog per day (not including food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, spa & fitness area and swimming pool.
Visitor’s tax
The visitor’s tax is EUR 2,60 per person per night and is payable at the hotel (for guests aged 16 or older).
Deposit
A deposit of EUR 200 per room will be charged.
We will send you our bank details together with the confirmation of your booking. You can also pay the deposit by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation terms
- Free cancellation of your booking up to 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- 50% of the total amount in case of cancellation from 6 weeks to 15 days prior to arrival.
- 80% of the total amount in case of cancellation from 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no show.
Cancellations are only valid in writing. Austrian law is applicable – place of performance, Obertilliach.
